- Tax ID (EIN) or Social Security Number (required for AES/EEI export filings)
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, drivers license) for compliance verification
Shipping & Transaction Data
- Consignee and notify party details
- Commodity descriptions, HS/HTS codes, vehicle VIN numbers
- Vehicle titles, bills of sale, and ownership documents
- Booking details, invoices, payment history
Technical Data
- Browser type, IP address, device information
- Pages visited, session duration, referral sources
2. How We Use Your Information
- Processing bookings, generating bills of lading, and managing shipments
- Filing AES/EEI with U.S. Census Bureau and CBP as required by law
- Filing ISF (Importer Security Filing) and customs documentation
- Generating invoices, processing payments, and managing your account
- Communicating shipment status, booking confirmations, and service updates
- Compliance with U.S. trade regulations (OFAC screening, denied party checks)

We process your data based on: (a) contractual necessity to provide our shipping services; (b) legal obligations under U.S. export regulations (15 CFR Part 30, 19 CFR); (c) legitimate business interests; and (d) your consent where applicable.

- Ocean carriers (MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, etc.) for booking and transport
- U.S. Government agencies — CBP, Census Bureau, OFAC (legally required)
- Destination customs authorities for import clearance
- Port authorities and terminals for cargo handling
- Trucking partners for inland transportation
- Payment processors for secure transaction handling
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
